Cold Brew Spice Variation – Scrumptious sparkling strawberry rosé
This Cold Brew Spice variation needs a bit of preparation, but it will surely be the major attraction of your next summer party. A few days before your party mix the content of two Cold Brew Summer spices (from either two little bottles, two hearts or two spice sachets) with two 750 ml bottles of rose wine and let it mature.
For the day of the party you need:
The premixed 1500ml wine
2 juicy oranges sliced into thin half rounds
1 lemon sliced into thin half rounds
2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced
1 bottle of 750ml sparkling rosé wine
In a bowl or jug, mix the strained premix and all other ingredients except the sparkling wine. Chill for an hour or two. To serve, spoon some of the fruits into glasses, pour in the liquid, and top up with the sparkling wine. Makes 12 to 15 glasses. ENJOY YOUR PARTY!
The premixed wine can be kept in the fridge for some time.
